Our products are shipped directly from the manufacturers. Orders may contain products from more than one manufacturer, whereas, additional shipping charges may apply, and separate deliveries received.

Payment: Payment methods accepted: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express and Paypal. All forms of payment are payable in US Dollars. All orders are subject to clearing of payment/credit card approval.
Item Inventory & Back Order Policy: Inventory is subject to availability. Due to the large volume of items that are sold daily, occasionally an item purchased may be unavailable immediately or back-ordered. In such events, UniqueEscape.com will notify you as to when the item will be available. If for any reason the item is no longer available, or the date of availability is beyond the average two week period, we will issue a full refund inclusive of shipping and handling charges.
Shipping: We Only Ship within the Continental United States. All items in stock are shipped within 2 to 5 business days. All out of stock items will be shipped based on our response quotation, provided to you within 48 hours, which normally would ship anywhere between 2 to 4 weeks. All shipments must be sent to street addresses. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Cancellations: Any cancellations are subject to UniqueEscape.com acceptance and terms, this will indemnify UniqueEscape.com against any loss.
Damage Claims: Please inspect all shipments promptly and make any damage claims to UniqueEscape.com immediately upon receipt of item(s), and we will assist you in product replacement, or refund, if product is no longer available.
Returning a Purchase: Returns must be approved and assigned a Return of Merchandise Authorization number (RMA), by emailing us at returns@UniqueEscape.com. All unauthorized return shipments will be refused. Your refund will be issued upon receipt and inspection of the product in our warehouse. Please allow 10 -14 days for your return to be credited or exchange made. Please send your package prepaid and insured to the address provided to you by UniqueEscape.com. When we provide the RMA #, the warehouse address for items’ return shipment, will be provided.
Our company prides itself on quality, value and service. Within 30 days we will guarantee every item to your satisfaction. If not completely satisfied, you may return it for a full refund, if in new, unused condition. A restocking fee may apply. This fee will be communicated within 24-48 hours of UniqueEscape.com’s notification of item refund request. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, except for manufacturer defects. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer (except for manufacturer defects). We suggest you obtain a tracking number for your return shipment. All returns must be received by UniqueEscape.com within 14 days of RMA # issued. We cannot accept any refunds beyond 30 days. |
